Girls, Girls, Girls

Yesterday Will and I took a trip to Auburn (without Daddy-he is in Dallas for a wedding). We were so excited to finally meet Baby Kate. We also had the chance to stop by and meet Baby Ryan and Kirkley! First stop was to the McKinnons. Will could not contain his excitement once we arrived...

He thought Baby Kate was too precious and so did his momma. She is the tiniest thing I have ever seen! I was scared to hold her at first because Will has become so durable that I don't think twice when I pick him up. She felt like a feather when I picked her up. She was seriously smaller than Bentley!! She is a doll and was a perfect angel the whole time we were there.

Kate started to roll towards Will and then he got nervous. Clayton had already told him all about his guns so he got very still and serious-he knew better than to make a move while all the cameras were around (I could just eat those toes!!)
But then we told him not to worry-Clayton had already gone back to work.
Aren't they so cute. She is so small compared to Will. He is only 57 days older than Kate. It is amazing how big they get so fast. We know Kate will have changed so much when we get to see her again in 2 weeks.
After leaving Kate, Will and I made our way to visit Baby Ryan. She was born just a few days before Kate and she is precious too! She looks just like her daddy and has a head full of hair. She was so content the whole time we were there. This was about the only good picture we could get of the two of them. Ryan much preferred to be cuddled than laid out on the couch. (*Notice the outfit change-Will must have been so overwhelmed by being around girls all day that he pooped all over himself-it leaked through his diaper onto his clothes. So we had to make a quick change and all I had in his diaper bag were pajamas. You can bet he was real happy with me when we went outside and it was 80 degrees and he had to wear footed pjs!
Our last stop was to see Kirkley and her mommy. Kirkley was not a big fan at first. She did not like the idea of sharing her mommy. She came around after a little while though and was a big help.
She rocked Will in his carseat when we were about to leave and he got a little fussy.
We loved seeing our sweet friends in Auburn and missed those we couldn't see. There is only so much time in the day. We can't wait to see everyone again soon!!
