NINE {ish}

I feel like each of my monthly posts for Alex are bordering on the "ish" side. Oh well....only a week late. Alex was 9 months old on March 1st. We have had a lot of firsts this month...

Sitting up in the buggy for the first time!Big Boy carseat!

He discovered Mum-Mums!And just yesterday he went on his first golf cart ride with Kiki and Pops!

He has three teeth....2 on the bottom and the one up top just cut through 2 days ago. It was rough on the little buddy.

He is still not crawling. Doesn't really act interested at all. We can put him in "position" and he will stay like that for a little bit before he just lays out and rolls over...We have tried to coax him to crawl with puffs but he ends up just getting frustrated and lays out and reaches his arm as far as he can to capture the puff :)He whistles. It is the most hilarious thing. The other day John had tears in his eyes he was laughing so hard. When he gets excited, his mouth puckers and he does his lips and his arms start flailing and a whistle comes out. It is just precious! I have got to capture it on video!!

We got for his 9 month check up next Wednesday. I can't wait to see how much the little chunk weighs. He is so heavy!! To me, 9 months is such a perfect, sweet age! I love how smiley and interactive Alex is, but that he still isn't on the move so he doesn't mind snuggling...a lot! :)
